2026 Waitlist Registration for PYAA Sport programs

This registration is ONLY for those that have been closed out of their division. There is no cost until you are contacted to pay.
PYAA Participnts MUST be a resident of Pickerington Local School District.
Please do not register here until you have tried to register and pay for your appropriate age group program.
When space opens up in the respective division, we will email those on the waitlist.
Openings will be on a first come first served basis.
WATCH FOR EMAILS. We will email you when space opens up.
Late fees will be enforced when sport initiates at the publicized date.
IMPORTANT - if you have registered and paid for a grade level division other than what your child is eligible for, your child will be removed from the division and issued a refund according to our refund policy. We will not move your child to the appropriate age group unless there is no one else on the waitlist.

2026 Spring Softball/ Girls Teeball

2026 Spring Softball
  • Practices normally begin in early April weather permitting.
  • Late fee of $25 will go into effect on 3/15/2026
  • Registration will close at 11:59pm on March 21st.
  • Practice and game days will vary per age division and will not be assigned until registration is complete.

Mandatory Evaluations will take place on Sunday, March 22nd
Bronze @ 2pm; Silver @ 4pm
***(Weather Make-up Tuesday 3/24 Bronze @ 5:30; Silver @7pm)***

If an age group closes due to capacity, you can then register within the WAITLIST category of baseball and softball.
